Privacy

We keep this simple. This site doesn't use tracking cookies or ad pixels.

What we collect

If you email us, we get your email address and whatever you put in the message. We use it to reply and to build your website. That's it.

If you fill in our website questionnaire at go.biff.nz, we get your answers and any logo or photos you send. We use them to build and look after your website and to invoice you. They're stored on our server in New Zealand. If you'd like us to delete them, just ask. While you're filling it in, your answers are also saved in your own browser, and they're cleared when you send it.

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't store your IP address and doesn't follow you around other sites. We only see totals, like how many people looked at a page.

How we use AI

We use AI tools to help build and look after websites. Your questionnaire answers, and the files and details you send us, go into those tools only for that. Your information is never used to train AI models.

Who we share it with

Nobody, except the services we need to do the job: our email, hosting and AI providers. They only use it to provide their service to us.

Your rights

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you. Email hi@biff.nz.
